We want to know the choices we make for our pets are the correct choices.

We want for you to acknowledge our pets are our children, our family members, albeit of the furry kind.

We want you to sufficiently and EXTENSIVELY test your product before placing it on the market, thereby not using OUR pets as "guinea pigs" years after your product was released into the market.

We want veterinarians to be taught how to correctly administer your product and deal with any adverse effects, so you really can call them the "experts."

We want veterinarians to actually receive AND read your "Dear Doctor" letters.

We want to be educated first about your product and not after our pets get sick.

We want access through the veterinarian to your product labeling.

We want written disclosure by you and want to give written consent to you, thereby ensuring we have full and complete knowledge of what is being recommended by you is best for our pets.

We want our pets to not be injected with any drugs or procedures performed upon them without our knowledge.

We want copies of our pets' medical records upon demand.

We want to know if our pets are stricken ill by your product, you have an antidote to make them well again.

We want you to listen to us guardians when we tell you we feel that, after receipt of your product, the health of our pets is declining. After all, we know them and you don't.

We want for you to recall your product when it is obvious there are problems with it.

We want for you to acknowledge all your mistakes and fix them.

We want to know why thousands of our pets have to get sick or die from your product and your product remains on the market continuing to harm others.

We want you to acknowledge our pets have emotions and can feel pain, and suffer from your defective product.

We want to know that when you develop your products, the health and well-being of our pets is your primary concern, not "profits."

We want to not grieve every single day for an ill-informed choice we made by consenting to receipt of your product and it thereafter harming our pets.

We want you not to tell us, "Your pet would have died anyway from something else."

We want for you not to deny our pets got sick or died from your product, when it is clear your product was the ONLY product administered to our pets.

We want for you to promptly return our phone calls and acknowledge receipt of our letters.

We want for you to be accountable for your actions. Use your resources, recall your product and fix it, instead of paying us off to keep us silent.

We want you to know the illness and/or death of our pets due to your product, the inconsolable guilt and grief we feel after they're gone, NEVER completely goes away.

We want you to know that our pet wasn't JUST a dog or cat to us and that we can easily go get "another one."

We want you to know after our pets have died, in our hearts, they can never be replaced.

But most of all, we want to be heard. And we want you to listen.

For God's sake, would you just LISTEN?
